Primary schools

Teaching children how to navigate the complex, unpredictable nature of roads is essential for their safety. Instilling these vital life skills from an early age is a key part of safeguarding. With srsCULTURE© resources, teachers can empower students to be aware of their surroundings and look out for themselves and their peers.

Schools will also encourage walking, cycling, and scooting as safe and sustainable ways to travel. By integrating road safety education, parents can feel confident that their children are prepared for independent journeys. Additionally, reducing car trips contributes to improved air quality. Schools can log their use of srsCULTURE© resources as part of their School Travel Plan.

Thank you for joining this initiative to embed road safety into the curriculum!
