What is a White Label Site?

A white label site is a pre-built website or platform that can be rebranded and customized by another organization to appear as their own. Instead of building a website from scratch, a school (or any organization) can use a white label solution and easily update it to reflect their identity.

How It Works

Base Platform:

A white label site is fully developed and functional, often including standard features like pages, navigation, contact forms, and integrations.

Custom Branding:

You can change key design elements such as:

  • Logo – Add the school's logo in the header and footer.
  • Colors – Adjust the color scheme to match the school’s branding (e.g., school colors).
  • Images – Replace default images with school-specific ones (e.g., students, buildings, events).
Ownership Feel:

Even though the platform is built and maintained by a third party, the final result looks and feels like a site that was custom-built just for that school.

Benefits for Schools
  • Fast Setup – Skip months of development and launch in days or weeks.
  • Cost-Effective – Avoid the cost of building a site from the ground up.
  • Professional Design – Access high-quality design and functionality without needing in-house developers.
  • Consistency – Maintain a consistent look across all school-related materials.
  • Own URL – Get your site with its very own custom address for example myschoolname.srsculture.co.uk.
What we cannot do:

The site is carefully designed to maintain optimal visual layout, keywords, and metadata that meet Google’s best practices for search performance.

  • Change the overall page layout or structure.
  • Edit core wording, except to include your school’s name.
  • Include any media or messaging that is inappropriate or antisocial.
  • Name specific children or pinpoint exact locations.
